Hi friends! I apologize for the lack of posting this past Wednesday! Wednesday was a very busy day for me and although I tried, I simply ran out of time to post. However, today I hope to make up for it with my review and styling of H & M’s collaboration with Coachella. In all honesty, I was not all that excited about H&M’s collaboration with Coachella. When I scrolled through the look book, I noticed that many of the pieces were extremely flowy and paisley print (not my fav). There was nothing in the collection that really spoke to me.
With that in mind, I stopped into my local Plato’s Closet and looked through their latest arrivals. While looking through one of the aisles, I noticed a long, red sweater (pictured above) at the end of a rack and I fell in love with instantly. It is not something that I would normally pick out for myself but I thought that I would give it a chance. I saw the label and was in shock that it was part of the H&M x Coachella collaboration. After a little experimenting, I discovered that something this long and flowy looks best when worn with either a solid color or a uniform pattern and falls above the knee. The end result can be seen below. Overall, I would say that the collection is worth checking out and I hope that you find a fun, flowy piece to add to your closet!
