If you’ve been following my blogging journey so far then you know how much I LOVE shoes. Especially, the really expensive ones. Unfortunately, my budget doesn’t always match my high-end taste. That is why I created this blog, to show people how I am able to live a “luxurious life” for a fraction of the retail price tag. Today, I really want to share with you tips on how I shop for my favorite accessories aka shoes.
When I Shop Retail…
Over the years, I have become quite the little thrifter so shopping retail isn’t something that I do regularly. However, when I do venture out to the mall or the outlets, I am always on the hunt for a designer deal. Whether it be Nordstrom Rack’s Clear the Rack or TJ Maxx’s Yellow Tags, I know where the best deals are. Sometimes, if you are really lucky, you can find items for thrift prices at retail stores. Let’s take a look at the Jeffrey Campbell booties that I picked up this weekend at Nordstrom Rack. The original booties can be found HERE but I scored mine for only $22! I was so happy when I found these beauties! I truly hope that all of you other fashionista’s out there find something amazing for this upcoming spring season!
Tip #1: Look for retail steals at thrift store prices.
Tip #2: Know when your favorite stores are having major sales. Sign up for their email clubs or ask associates for some insider insight.
Tip #3: Always be on the hunt. Don’t limit yourself to the clearance section. Search the entire store while shopping, as a hidden gem could be found where you least expect it.
