ThredUp x Reformation Upcycle Program

Did you know that ThredUp and Reformation have a program in place where you can earn credit to use on the Reformation website??? I didn’t know about it either! So you’re probably wondering how I discovered this program and I actually stumbled upon it on accident. On Black Friday, I ordered a pair of Reformation jeans for myself as they were 30% off (which is a really good discount for them FYI). When the package arrived, I opened it and found a ThredUp bag with some other pamphlets enclosed. With the year coming to an end, I thought that this would be the ideal time to do some closet cleaning and start of 2020 with a clean slate. On that note, let me share with you some info on the program and how you can participate.

What is ThredUp?

ThredUp is the world’s largest fashion resale marketplace featuring over 35,000 retail brands. This platform sells both women’s and children’s clothes for up to 90% off retail prices. The company accepts a variety of brands ranging from mall brands to designer ones.

What Items Do ThredUp Accept?

ThredUp only accepts items with (1) No signs of wear, (2) No damage, and (3) No alternations (including missing tags).

How Do I Send in Items to Sell?

When sending in items, you can either activate a label that you received in the mail (like the one I received from Reformation) or you can request a kit and a mailing label will be mailed/emailed to you.

How does the ThredUp x Reformation Upcycling Program Work?

The program is super simple!

Here is How it Works:

Activate Your Bag (If it Arrived Pre-Printed)
Fill Your Bag with Items that You are No Longer Wearing
Send it Off in the Mail (usually through USPS)
Earn Credits to Use Towards the Reformation Website (AND You Will Earn an Extra 15% in Reformation Shopping Credit for a Limited Time).
