As a reseller for almost 9 years now, I am very familiar with different third-party services designed specifically for resellers. Many of these services offer different reselling tools but there are two in particular that not only save me time but also increase my sales: cross-listing across platforms and sharing my Poshmark closet. Primelister is an online service for resellers that offers both of these services. Recently, I was invited to try Primelister’s services. Today, I wanted to provide you with a comprehensive and honest review of my experience using this online service designed specifically for resellers.

What is PrimeLister?
PrimeLister is a paid online service designed for resellers offering two services: cross-listing and Poshmark automation.
Cross-Listing
PrimeLister’s cross-listing service allows users to add their listings across multiple reselling platforms with ease. In addition to cross-listing, this service allows users to store all of their inventory in an organized and easy to use catalog. Cross-listing can occur directly from a marketplace or through the use of the PrimeLister inventory panel.
Poshmark Automation
PrimeLister’s Poshmark automation tool is designed specifically for Poshmark users and offers sellers many automated functions. These functions include: sharing, following/unfollowing users, sending bulk offers, relisting, bulk price updates, closet organization, and auto-liking feed content.
As a full-time reseller, both of these features are extremely valuable to me as they allow me to save on time and increase my sales.

Marketplaces
PrimeLister is currently compatible with 7 different reselling marketplaces. These marketplaces include: Poshmark (US, Canada, Australia), Ebay (US, Canada, Australia), Etsy, Depop, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and Mercari.
Pricing
There are different pricing tiers for PrimeLister’s crosslisting and Poshmark automation services.
PrimeLister’s Cross-Listing Service
PrimeLister’s cross-isting service has two price tiers- Basic and Pro. Payment plans can be set up monthly or annually. If the service is paid for annually, then there is a 30% discount.
Basic- This plan is designed for sellers who need to keep their listings on different marketplaces fresh. The Basic plan costs $29.99 per month or $249.99 per year.
Pro- This plan is designed for sellers who are looking to crosslist their items across multiple platforms. The Pro plan costs $49.99 per month or $399.99 per year.
Below is a picture showing the differences between the two plans:
PrimeLister’s Poshmark Automation Service
Primelister’s Poshmark automation service has a set price of $24.99 per month and includes 15 different features. If you pay for the service annually, there is a 20% discount.

Using PrimeLister on Reselling Marketplaces
Each reselling platform has their own rules when it comes to third-party services.
Poshmark, for example, allows its’ users to use third-party services but not automation. Automation is actually against the platform’s terms of service. This can be difficult to navigate when it comes to utilizing services such as PrimeLister. If you wanted to follow the rules precisely, you could utilize any of PrimeLister’s non-automated services as it is within their guidelines. However, I have used automated services on Poshmark before and I can say from experience that as long as the automation mimics human behavior, then there should not be any problems.
Personally, I tried using PrimeLister on Poshmark and Mercari and did not experience any problems with these platforms.
In general, when it comes to utilizing third-party services on reselling platforms, be sure to check each platform’s terms of use and use discretion. If you are ever unsure, you can reach out to the platform directly and they will assist you.
Pros:
It is Easy to Use
I have tried out many third-party reselling services before and PrimeLister is one of the easiest ones to navigate. There is a very helpful FAQ guide for users and detailed videos explaining how to use the program if you need help. Both the cross-listing and Poshmark automation services are very easy to use once the Chrome extension is installed. The online home page has a really clean layout and easy to follow format. You don’t need to be tech-savvy in order to utilize this program!
You Can Try Before You Buy
Who doesn’t love a program with a free trial period? Within the free 7 day trial period, you have full access to all of PrimeLister’s services. You can crosslist or relist up to 100 listings and complete up to 15,000 reselling actions. This will give you plenty of time to see if it is a good fit for you and your business.
Great Customer Service
If you ever come across an issue or need help with anything at all, PrimeLister has great customer service. Their customer service is available to users by chat and email through the Inventory page. If you are unable to contact them through the chat feature, they will respond to you by email in a timely manner. Personally, I am always a fan of services that offer a chat feature as I like my concerns resolved as quickly as possible.
All-Inclusive Features
When cross-listing items, PrimeLister allows you to access all 7 marketplaces within its’ price. Some competitors may charge different prices depending on how many platforms are used. With PrimeLister, you have access to all available platforms at one price. Additionally, with the cross-listing service, there is unlimited inventory, listing, and relisting. This is especially helpful if you have a lot of items in your inventory.
Competitive Pricing
I have used other third-party services such as PosherVA and ListPerfectly. Based on my experience with those platforms, I can say that PrimeLister is priced competitively. PosherVA charges $25 per month or $250 for the year to utilize their Poshmark sharing service. ListPerfectly charges between $29 and $69 per month for their cross-listing service.
Cons:
Limited Marketplaces
Compared to services like ListPerfectly, PrimeLister is limited in how many marketplaces users can crosslist to. Some of their competitors offer additional marketplaces such as Tradesy, Kidizen, and Grailed. If you sell on any those platforms, then you would need to spend additional time manually crosslisting.
Separate Costs
Although PrimeLister offers both cross-listing services and Poshmark automation services, they do not offer a bundle price for both. As someone who is always looking for a bargain, it would be nice if PrimeLister had a bundle price for both services.
Pay More to Crosslist
In order to have access to PrimeLister’s cross-listing service, you need to be subscribed to the Pro plan. Their cross-listing Basic plan is actually their Auto-Reslister plan. Compared to other third-party services who only offer cross-listing plans, PrimeLister’s service may be on the pricer side. Hopefully, in the future, PrimeLister will update their pricing plans to allow resellers the ability to crosslist items at a lower price.
Use of Automation
As with all third-party reselling services, there is the use of automation. Many platforms such as Poshmark prohibit users from using automation. If you do decide to use PrimeLister, there is no way around using automation. Although it is frowned upon amongst some reselling platforms, many users continue to use it so long as it mimics human behavior and is not overused.
In Conclusion
Primelister has great cross-listing and Poshmark automation options for resellers. They offer cross-listing access to 7 marketplaces and are competitively priced. If you are looking for a user-friendly service with great customer service, then Primelister is a great option for you. Just know that if you do decide to try Primelister, it is an automated service that may or not be permitted on various reselling platforms. Overall, it is great service that provides resellers with many resources for success.
