A few weeks ago, I posted an article about How to Find Zara Stock Photos and it was a major hit with all of you. So much so, that many people reached out to me to provide guides for other common brands used in resale. With that being said, I decided two things: (1) I am going to keep creating these posts for you all (yay!) and (2) I am going to create a comprehensive guide of the most commonly found brands for all of my email subscribers in the near future (sign up below if you haven’t already)! For today’s post, I am going to show you how to find Free People item numbers in a minute or less. Let’s get started!
First, let’s take a look at the original paper tag. Do you know which of the #’s is the item #? If you guessed the item under the barcode, then you are incorrect! The item number is actually the OB663226 number on the top lefthand corner of the tag. Keep that in mind as we look at the fabric tag. Do you see the same number on the fabric tag? If you take a close look at the tag, you will find the OB# under the Urban Outfitter information and following the GB. And there you have it! How to find the Free People item # on the fabric tag.
Also, I do want to note that this method does not work for every Free People item that you come across. Older styles may not have the OB# on the fabric tag. I have come across a few Free People items myself that do not have this number on the tag. However, most newer items should have it. Once you have the OB#, conduct a quick Google search and hopefully, you will find the item that you are looking for!
