Did you know that I have 2 planners that I use everyday in my reselling business? One planner is used for big picture reselling tasks such as daily tasks per platform and to-do lists; The other planner is used for tracking trends across reselling platforms. I have been using both planners since January 2023 and they have helped me to be more consistent within my business. Today, I wanted to share my trend planner with you in hopes that it might help you in your business.
My Trend Planner
Trying to find a planner that would fit my needs was no easy task. After months of looking, I just couldn’t find a planner that I liked for tracking trends. One day when I was at HomeGoods, I nonchalantly looked through the notebook section and found the Rifle Paper Co. notebook pictured above. I really like this planner because it gives me enough space to not only list out all of the daily women’s trends but also the daily men’s trends.

On the left hand side of each page, there is a “Notes” and “To-Do” section. I use this space to write down daily men’s trends on Poshmark. Usually, I only have enough room to write out 4 days worth of trends (Monday though Thursday) which is fine with me.
On the right hand side of each page, I write down Poshmark’s daily trends per women along with Kidizen hashtags for the week. The reason that I track this information is because: (1) Trends will repeat on Poshmark and I like to keep record of that and (2) Each week, I try to focus on selling trending items. Looking at each trend individually also helps me to improve my listings as Poshmark provides search criteria for each trend.
At the beginning of each month, there is a calendar and notes section. I like to use this section to plan out Poshmark Offers to Likers discounts. This is my first year doing this and it has been very beneficial to my business in 2023. Depending on the day/ week, I will offer 20%, 25%, or 30% off Offers to Likers on all items in my Poshmark closets. I highly suggest sending out Offers to Likers if your business model allows as it can help to generate more sales.
