Today’s post is going to focus on packing like a pro. When I travel, I always hate the thought of packing and I’m sure that you don’t love it either. As a result, I have compiled a list of some of my favorite packing tips and I am hopeful that they will help to ease your anxiety and make packing a breeze.
Here’s My List:
- Don’t Pack Up Your Entire Closet (Seriously, just pack the necessities. You don’t need 100 outfits.)
- Put a Dryer Sheet in Your Suitcase (It makes it smell fresh and can hide smelly odors.)
- Pack 3 Shirts for Every Pair of Pants. (It lightens the packing load and saves on the laundry.)
- Remember to Pack a Dirty Laundry Bag (You have to put that dirty laundry somewhere.)
- Roll Your Clothes (It saves on space and helps to minimize wrinkling.)
- Keep All of Your Cords and Chargers in One Place (Find a bag or case for all of your cords and chargers because they can get lost easily.)
- Anything that is Liquid Needs to be in a Bag (Do you really want to risk it leaking all over your stuff?)
- Pack Socks, Underwear, and Bras in the Nooks and Cracks (They are oddly shaped so why not put them in otherwise unused space.)
- Shoes Should Outline Your Suitcase (Not only do you have a place for your shoes but you don’t have to worry about them getting thrown around.)
- Pack Computers, Magazines, and Books Last (For easy access of course.)
I hope that my travel do’s and don’ts were helpful to you and check back on Friday for more travel tips and tricks!
Be classy. Be confident. Be strong.

Bianca Ida
