Are you excited that Poshmark is now selling home goods? I am! This past weekend, I took a look at this new section on the app and did my best to gather whether or not it is worth a test drive. Personally, I am going to give it a go and see what happens but I thought that for today’s post, I would give you an overview of what this new home section has to offer Poshers.
What Does the Home Section Look Like on Poshmark?
The home section on the app is set up like all of the other categories. It is broken up into a few different sections:
Accents
Bath
Bedding
Holiday
Office
Party Supplies
Storage & Organization
Wall Art
Other
Is it Worth Giving it a Go?
Absolutely! You really don’t have anything to lose! One of the best things about this section is that it is new and hasn’t really been explored too much yet. It doesn’t hurt to at least give it a shot! Personally, I am trying to test out a few items just to see what happens. Who knows, maybe I will incorporate more home goods into my closet?! If you’re thinking about trying it out, I would say that it is worth the risk. You never know what will happen.
Where Can I Find Items to List?
Items to list can be found anywhere! You can look for items in your own home, retail stores, thrift stores, and antique stores. There are so many options out there so definitely be sure to get creative if needed.
Are There Any Items That I Shouldn’t List?
Poshmark does have guidelines as far as what items are allowed and which ones are not. I would not suggest selling anything that is breakable. Remember that whatever you sell will be shipped and you don’t want that item to arrived broken. Also, there are guidelines that you will want to follow or you run the risk having either that item or your account being removed.
