As a full-time reseller, I spend a good chunk of my morning working on various reselling tasks. For those of you who are unfamiliar with me, I sell my items on Poshmark, Mercari, Tradesy, and Kidizen. Of these platforms, Poshmark and Mercari require the greatest amount of time and energy from me. Today, I wanted to share with you my updated weekday and weekend routine across my reselling platforms.
My Weekday Schedule:
I have shared my previous reselling morning routine in THIS post. However, I have made a few tweaks after Poshmark released their latest update and I wanted to share that with you today. Below is my current reselling routine that I do every morning for each of my reselling platforms:
My Secondary Closet: When it comes to my men’s items, I have separate Poshmark and Mercari accounts. On Mercari, I will re-list the 10 oldest items and then promote the next 10 oldest items. I will crosslist 2-3 new items to both Poshmark and Mercari. On Poshmark, after the new items are added and 5-10 of the oldest items are relisted, Eric will share throughout the day and send offers to likers. My Main Closet: The items in my main closet are crosslisted to Poshmark, Mercari, Tradesy, and Kidizen. Of these platforms, Poshmark and Mercari require the most daily activity from me in the morning.
Poshmark: (1) 100-200 community shares each day, (2) Relist 20-25 items older than 60 days old, (3) Follow 100-200 new Poshmark accounts, (4) List 10 new items (with high priority on high-demand seasonal items), and (5) Set up automatic sharing (every 2 hours) and offers to likers using PosherVa.
Mercari: (1) Relist 10 of my oldest items, (2) Promote 10 of the next oldest items, and (3) Crosslist the 10 new items from Poshmark, Kidizen, and Tradesy.
My Weekend Schedule:
On the weekends, I tend to have a more relaxed schedule. Usually, I will not list any new items across any new items but instead, re-list around 20 women’s items and 10 men’s items on both Poshmark and Mercari. I will typically share my main closet every 2 hours between 10 AM and 8 PM using PosherVa and set up automated offers to likers; Eric will share my men’s items manually throughout the day using bulk sharing through the Poshmark app.
