My reselling business is going to be experiencing some changes in 2025. One element of my business that I am striving to improve upon is my brand knowledge. There are so many retail brands out there that it can be really challenging to learn them all. Over the past few weeks, I have been learning a ton of new brands through both online research and through pieces that I have sourced at various thrift stores. Today, I wanted to share with you 10 emerging BOLO and new-to-me brands that have potential to perform well in 2025:
Dr. Collectors Hollywood- This is a California-based brand that makes unique, high-quality, handcrafted pieces. As a result, these pieces retail for $100+ as they are released in small runs throughout the year. Additionally, this brand has collaborated with Free People and other brands. On Poshmark, these pieces perform well and are worth picking up if you can find them.
Vale Forever/ Vale Lives- This is an American streetwear brand founded by 1stbrain and Dontnojess in 2014. It is best known for their heavy printing, zippers, and distressed applique to create unique looks and finishes. On Poshmark, these pieces consistently sell for over $100+.
Rhude- Rhude is an LA-based brand founded by Rhuigi Villaseñor in 2015 and features streetwear elements mixed with luxury techniques. On Poshmark, their tees perform very well and typically sell for over $50.
Ivy City Co- This Salt Lake City based brand was founded by three dress-obsessed mothers and friends who wanted to create unique pieces that would be size inclusive. At retail, most of these dresses start at $100+. On Poshmark, these dresses are highly sought after and certain designs can sell for over $100.
Hemant & Nandita– This is a brand founded by a married couple who wanted to create timeless pieces that were inspired by their Indian culture and heritage. These pieces can be purchased on their retail website or in collaboration with Anthropologie and REVOLVE. On Poshmark, many of their dresses will sell for over $100.
